What happens during a consultation?

   

  1. We discuss and establish what you want from your programme.
  2. We take an-depth analysis of your diet, lifestyle and history revealing how different factors may influence your health.
  3. If appropriate, we assess your eyes, face, tongue, nails and metabolic characteristics.
  4. Some initial suggestions will be made; and following your consultation, a detailed report will be prepared and sent to you. We also offer telephone and email support.
  5. You receive guidance on: Which foods suit you and the combination of foods that best suits your metabolism as well as and the best time of day to eat your meals.
  6. In some instances supplements and biochemical tests may be recommended where appropriate.
